Yoga
Flow with us!
Our classes are a fusion of Vinyasa with a hint of internal fire building power. Connecting breath and movement with mindfulness.
We also offer Restorative Yin Yoga, which is slow paced, deep opening and relaxing. Great for all levels of experience.
Buti MVMNT
Buti is a dynamic FUN high intensity workout that blends traditional yoga asanas, dance, plyometrics and HIIT. We focus on core activation through "spiral structure technique", which involves spiraling movements to engage deep core muscles. Instead of following rigid sequences of poses, practitioners move in sync with the beat and rhythm of the music. Classes are intuitively led, music is the pulse of the practice!


Group Fitness
Circuit training, HIIT, weights, mobility, battle ropes, kettle bells, rebounder, TRX! We offer a variety of full body exercises tailored to each students needs and capabilities. We focus on form and quality over speed and quantity.
Anima Fighting Arts
A Transformative martial system blending Shou Shu ( 7-animal Kung Fu), wrestling, boxing, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Self-Defense and Chi Gong.
Designed to cultivate strength, awareness and adaptability. It teaches breath work and combat as tools for self-mastery, proving that true power comes from balance, discipline and inner peace.


TwerkOut
"Unlock Your Jiggle Potential"
TwerkOut is a dance class focusing on technique more so than choreography. You do not need any dance experience to join this class as it's very beginner friendly. Learn to isolate body parts, bounce, pop, lock and shake off stress as you open up your hips, releasing tension and stagnant energy. Get sweaty, cultivate mobility, confidence and have tons of fun! Best to wear loose bottoms, no spandex- you want to "feel"your meat jiggle! Soft knee pads are helpful as well.
Belly Dance
Join Pauline for weekly mixed level Belly Dance, all levels welcome! Learn isolations, basic movements and fun mini choreographies. Paulines background is mainly Raqs Sharqi-classical Egyptian. You will also learn Arabis and Turkish songs and Middle Eastern drum rhythms


FloorPlay
"Liquid Motion"is a sensual fluid movement style that emphasizes grounded, continuous transitions on and near the floor. It combines elements of dance, contemporary floor work, somatic, and sensual movement to cultivate body awareness, control and expression.
